Brochure design for Real Estate project
I was tasked to design a stand out brochure for Asheville’s newest real estate project, The Broadway. Working with custom photography the brochure was designed to promote the walkable Five Points Neighborhood and the town homes one of a kind offerings.
A visual style guide was created to keep this book feeling consistent in both with its typography and styled map and architectural renderings. Printed on a beautiful uncoated stock and designed with a custom navy sleeve, this piece reflects the townhomes elegance and urban feel.
